ABOUT
A Japandi style family home located in Victory Heights community. Our starting point was an old villa that we stripped back, then rearranged the space completely. We've taken down a lot of old walls and built new ones to relocate the kitchen, enlarge windows, create a new pantry, playroom, as well as a larger master bathroom. The old tiles were replaced by wooden flooring and terrazzo tiles in the bathrooms. The ornamental architraves and other architectural elements were replaced by clean lines and curves resulting in a contemporary and airy villa.
