ABOUT
Overlooking Dubai Creek with a direct line to the Burj Khalifa, the Harbour Home is a high-floor residence designed as a bold yet timeless expression of architectural refinement. The apartment channels a masculine energy, confident and grounded, through a fully bespoke composition of Patagonia porcelain, silver oak, tinted glass, and hand-finished microcement. From form to finish, the space is guided by restraint, proportion, and precision.
The living room opens toward the view, defined by low, sculptural volumes and a layered, textural palette. Everything here is considered, from the integrated LED lighting to the rhythm of tone and material. The Italian-made kitchen, with its laser-cut metal doors and sculptural island, introduces a strong architectural presence; monolithic, grounded, and seamlessly integrated into the apartment.
Leading from the public zones, a corridor lined with silver oak offers a warm transition into the private quarters. Hidden doors maintain the visual continuity, creating a seamless passage into the guest bedroom and bath, both of which echo the home’s subdued, masculine calm.
At the end of the corridor, the master suite unfolds as a layered composition of bedroom and bathing space. The open-plan layout introduces a freestanding tub set before a linear fireplace, with a discreet tinted-glass enclosure for the WC. Custom vanities and bespoke detailing continue the architectural narrative, sculptural yet minimal, built with intention rather than embellishment. A textured wall relief adds depth to the space, part of an evolving signature within the studio’s work.
The Harbour Home was designed to make a statement from the moment of arrival: bold, structured, and deeply personal. Yet beneath its confident form lies a philosophy of calm: where every detail serves a purpose, and beauty is found in control, not excess.
