ABOUT

A complete interior architectural transformation by D’Ora Tokai Designs, Marwa’s Villa in The Villa (MVV) is a study in how calm can reshape space.

 

Once heavy and enclosed, the home was reimagined from within; every wall, corridor, and connection redefined to open sightlines, invite light, and restore flow. Designed for a family of five whose days move quickly, MVV translates movement into serenity: spaces glide into one another without noise or interruption.

 

The layout was expanded and refined to include two kitchens, six bathrooms, three walk-in wardrobes, and a series of living and entertainment areas centred around a double-height courtyard. The design balances contemporary geometry with European warmth: oak parquet, soft arches, and brushed brass set against white walls and quiet proportion.

 

MVV captures D’Ora Tokai Designs’ belief that architecture should breathe with its inhabitants. A space made for living lightly, where elegance is not imposed, but revealed through rhythm, restraint, and light.
